Today I attended the orientation and learned a lot from Kristen about how the team plans to help me grow my business, how maybe some of the things I have been doing aren’t benefiting me as much as they could and how I can do better. It seems like these are all very good strategies that have been proven not only in law firms but in other areas of business. As a result, it only makes sense to me that these things should work in a law firm as well only I don’t have the experience to implement them and so I’m looking forward to working with your team to get that experience.
