The main thing I learned is that I thought he did a great job of getting people to think about what the business was going to be before actually jumping into the practice. A lot of people know their practice area and are very good at what they do but they don’t maybe understand what it’s like to actually run a law firm. And so I thought he did a great job of going into what really means, managing it instead of just doing your job.
