Before joining I was treating my firm as a hobby not as a business. I didn’t really know what was driving me to do it other than the fact I didn’t want to work for a law firm but their program has forced me to set some goals and it has given me the tools to go after those goals while fighting in my mindset and all the ways that I’m getting in between myself and those goals. I almost didn’t join because I still wasn’t convinced that this isn’t something I can’t do for myself, I thought this was something in my head that if I was focused enough I could do it all on my own. That’s not true, your mind will play a lot of tricks on you and you will not motivate yourself enough to get there. You need a whole team that could put your feet to the fire.
