The best part of the policies and procedures workshop is that I’m actually leaving with a rough draft of policies and procedures. RJon has been telling me for a year that I need to do this and it is so overwhelming that I told my coach _I don’t know where to start.’ Well after this weekend I’ve more than started, now I just need to do final edits. /I think some lawyers would use the excuse to not do this of _I can’t see how spending an entire weekend, 12 hours a day, for 3 days is really going to make an impact on my business._ And sitting here I can see it, I can look at it and see if we implement the cell phone policy, x y and z will happen. If we redo our filing system this way, it will cut down on the three hours a week we spend searching for files. I can bill that to a client instead of lost revenue
