We have our business plan, our budget, and our projections for how many clients we need to bring to produce the revenues to get to where we want to go. So what we should be doing from that is setting certain points across that budget saying _in May our gross revenues are going to be X. Our take home is going to be Y and from May forward we’re going to have this in our life that’s in our ideal._ And we keep building that in our path?
A: Yes, and you calendar it. And then you make it happen because it’s not really a decision if you don’t make it happen. And if you tell your managing partner or your CFO that this is your goal they can help kick your ass and demand that you behave like that.
