Q: Scott, if my math is right you’ve experience tenfold growth in about a two year span. What specific decisions did you make along the way, aside from joining HTM, that factored the most into that level of growth?
A: The decision to take the extra workshops. The sales workshop and the business plan workshop early on were really critical because I was really bad at sales and I didn’t have a plan. Once the growth was planned out the decisions were much easier because all I had to do was execute. The decision was made as soon as I had the business plan done, all I had to do was execute.
