I need to let go of an of counsel attorney at my firm. Accomplishing this will make my life better, one it will enable me to fill his spot with somebody who produced income for the firm. It will reduce my risk to my firm reputation being harmed and will reduce my exposure liability for legal malpractire. First I’m meeting with Terry to come up with an exit strategy. Two, I’m writing a script to play out the meeting. Three, I have to find a time where I can grab him on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in between my appointments before I leave town for my next conference.
