Q: I’ve always this issue with Christmas cards because at my old firm the lawyers never even saw them. The receptionist would get it and pin it to the front of the reception desk. The lawyers never really got them and gifts would pile up in the break room. Instead of Christmas cards, I’m sending out pies at Thanksgiving with a thank you to my top 100 referral sources, clients, etc.

The more you can stay in touch with someone and say, _I care about you,_ the better.
