I found RJon through a bar publication. For years I ran from being a part of the program, thinking I couldn’t dedicate the time to it or that it wasn’t worthwhile. I couldn’t be happier that I signed up for this program. I learned a lot about myself this weekend and I almost didn’t come because my kids start school this week and I wanted to be home for the whole weekend. I can see that the return on my investment will be, it will start with my being able to go back and put in some measurable goals for my employees which is going to cause my income and my firm to go up significantly, I would say by at least 50% just based upon my ability now to hold them accountable for certain goals that before because I wanted to be liked so well I was afraid to set. I’m glad I came, I know it’s going to do a great deal for my practice and I look forward to come to the next quarterly meeting.
