Q: Question regarding the snail mail newsletters, how do you know if it’s being effective as a marketing tool, and how do you measure it?
A: People are scheduling appointments, or people are taking action or whatever action you’re calling for in the newsletter they’re taking that action. Whatever the call to action in the newsletter is. Either they’re taking the action or they’re not taking the action. To me that’s the only criteria that matters, are they signing on the line that’s dotted or not?
