Q: If you’re changing the name of your firm and you want to convert your old positive reviews can you tell us how to do that? How you would transfer all of those?
A: You may have some difficulty with that, but what you would want to do is contact the reviews sites directly, and explain your situation. In some cases you can get a real person on the phone and explain your situation and they will be able to transfer those over to the new practice. In some cases, you can’t.
