Q: I signed up for the policies and procedures workshop a while back. This is kind of a nuts and bolts question, is there anything my assistant and I can do right now to get ready to go to the policies and procedures workshop?
A: Kristen is going to have a lot of contact with everyone and your staff to prep you so that you have everything you need to have together before you arrive. It’s not the day or the week before, it’s weeks before. Maybe a month or more before, she’s going to have conference calls for the group to discuss things you need to get together so that when you arrive we hit the ground runing.
