Q: I launched my practice three weeks ago. I got to transition all of my clients because my boss was retiring and so I have a database of all the consults I’ve done over the last five years. One of the first things I need to do is create my brand and do a marketing campaign to those people. The question is what resources are available to me now beyond just the crash course.
A: I believe that the first couple of weeks in the twelve-week crash course are about marketing, so it’s going to be right on point for you. The biggest resource you have is to participate, raise your hand and ask questions during that. If you need further help during the crash course, in a particular area like that, it is perfectly okay to schedule some time with your crash course leader to help you along the way with that. Do the crash course to get foundations before trying to launch above the foundations. The whole team is available to you. The crash course is how to get you initiated, indoctrinated and speaking the same language and on the same page. Don’t feel like you have to wait twelve weeks before you get rolling: use your team.
