Q: I’d love to do the policies and procedures workshop, and Paul you spoke to the fact that if you’re under $250,000 of revenue that it is worthwhile even though you’re operating single-handedly.
A: It definitely was. The big thing for me is there were things we were able to take and implement right away that were able to give clients a better experience. Part of you’ll do is break into groups, create policies, present them to everybody else who is in attendance and get feedback on that. That was helpful in different ways of thinking about them and also I think it will help as you’re moving forward and as your firm is growing to able to say, _I need to build out this procedures for this position that I’m about to hire so that they know what they need to do and how to get it going._
