Q: I have a practical question about the ninety-day results acceleration. So, one of the first things I have to do is develop a lead conversion plan. How do I determine how much that will cost? Because I’m going to do that primarily by myself, then bring in the staff. Am I counting everyone’s time? Am I adding that up? Or am I saying that’s just the cost of doing business?
A: For the purpose of this it goes in the time category because it’s internal cost. When we talk about money we’re really talking about money we have to spend externally so put that in the time category, but make a note that it’s other people’s time as well, because you’re making yourself a budget for this. We call this the best ROI project, so you look at that time and say, _Am I going to get a return on the investment of my people’s time into this project,_ when you make that decision that it is the best ROI.
