I joined in July of last year. To give you some perspective, I went to the policies and procedures workshop in September and I was the only person working in the firm at the time. My wife, who’s now our firm administrator, joined the firm in January, attended with me. Last year’s gross revenues were about $105,000 for the year. So far this year, in just criminal defense, we’re at a little over $102,000 and if you add some other work there’s about $40,000 on top of that. I decided to do the policies and procedures workshop because another member told me I should take advantage of every opportunity I got with the program to accelerate my growth as quick as possible, and I took that seriously.
