Last year, we were at $510,000. We had four people on our staff including my husband, who is my business partner, and two other staff members. Probably around June of this year, we drastically increased our payroll. We didn’t know any of our numbers at that point. We just knew we needed to get people on board so we could get stuff done. Right now, we have twelve members. I remember the first call I had with Chris Dyson before joining and he asked me, _What are your numbers? What’s your reach?_ My reach number was $900,000 and in 2014 we ended at $930,000. It took quite a while and we’re actually now only starting to understand our numbers. I realized that I had no control and it would not allow the business to grow. When you’re running a business you need to be looking at your numbers and understand those numbers, that’s what really made the difference.
