Testimonial
Q: I wanted to follow up on the cash flow projections. How is that done? Is that done by your bookkeeper? Is that done by internal staff?
A: Right. Where do the cash flow projection raw data come from. The answer is it comes from your bookkeeper. What your bookkeeper is going to do in the beginning is your bookkeeper is going to look at the historical, use the historical to flop it into the forward looking. It’s not going to be very accurate. You’re going to have to churn through it, three or four cycles, to get it more accurate and better and better, and teach your bookkeeper how to give you better numbers. The important thing is you’ve got a target to look at.
