At the last LQM I promised myself that I would do 3 speaking engagements so I’ve done 6 since then. We have worked on a new website that will launch this week. I have shot 25 different videos for the website. We have gone back and I have done smile and dials to half of my client lists, and that’s resulted in some work. I have also hired and fired an associate attorney. We’re interviewing actively for her replacement. I hired an office manager. We’ve had a lot of bumps but I’ve been working with Henry actively to help me with her. I don’t know what will happen but the good is I know that there will be someone else better if she doesn’t work so I don’t feel that scared way I did before joining the program.
