When I came here in January to my first LQM I had just opened my firm and I was on a shoestring plan. I had a virtual office. I wasn’t going to hire any staff or pay myself for the first 6 months and I was stuck in my old practice area that I had been doing for 9 years but I was really sick of. I completely changed my mindset. I immediately went out. I got a real office. I hired a part time assistant. I put myself on payroll. I got Ruby. I got a bookkeeper. I started going to the gym twice a week. But the hardest thing for me was that I finally started taking the steps that I was so terrified of to move into my new practice area. And I am hiring a fulltime paralegal in June, my second hire.
