I’ve been working with Brian and Henry, and I spend half my coaching calls moaning and groaning about this admin that I have. For whatever reason I’ve been making excuses. Finally something happened. So I went in the office the next day and said, _Look, I think that I’ve made decisions in the last two years with the goal of making my life easier. My observation is you make decisions that make your life harder and when you make decisions that make your life harder you make my life harder. I can’t have that anymore._ So I added a bunch of tasks to her job description. I started giving her deadlines. Do this and do that, or else. Things are looking up. I think that was a huge thing for me. I was coddling her, I don’t know why and I’m done with that. That was big decision I made in the last 90 days.
