I joined How to Manage back in October 2015. I’ll give you a small window of my law practice. We used to take the case, solve the problem for the client, and never collected the money. In the crash course when Christopher Anderson asked me about me about my A/R I told him they were almost a million dollars. We have collected almost $200,000 from those; right now the office is collecting another $50,000. We’re getting the invoices out because we have created an intake department and a client concierge department. Before How to Manage I was doing that myself. Last year we were grossing $650,000. This year our projections were $1,200,000. Up to now, if we finish everything we have we’re going to gross $2,600,000. We’re just beginning the year. We have a new department now. We hired 3 more staff. We’re up to 13 people now from 1 in 3 years. And made a plan with my CEO and in 5 years our revenues should be around $19,000,000.
