This is my fourth LQM. This is the first time it’s come so easy completing this page. I’m going to talk about two things. One, I took the business planning workshop. At the time I lost my associate, I was going crazy but I really wanted to get to a million dollars. Despite not having an associate we increased our monthly gross for the second half of the year compared to the first half of the year. This year we’re now on track to make it to a million probably before the end of the year. We also broke through the wall in our suite, expanded our suite. We have double the number of offices so I can add the people I need to add in order to make the firm grow. On the personal side, I really believe you are who you believe. I’m 59 years old. I’m a rock climber. I’ve been rock climbing for 19 years. I’m now climbing at the hardest level I’ve ever climbed. I really believe if set your mind to it, if you believe you can do something nothing should get in your way and you can achieve it.
