We spent more time on our business in the last quarter than when we started it. Policies and procedures, actually doing the policies and procedures getting deep into our numbers and we have consistently throughout that period kept our revenue steady even though I’ve switched about 70% of my time working on the business instead of billing. We also hired an associate; we’re about to hire a receptionist. We had three vacations. I wrote an article that got published and made the cover of our bar associate journal.
