This is my second LQM so we joined in April and I’ve been practicing for 13 months. Personally one of the things that we’ve started doing is started living or trying to look at decisions as my 10 years from now self would. So I fired my 15-year-old Ranger and got a new truck. I fired myself as the lawn guy. And from a business perspective, for the first time ever in my life, we actually projected and saw coming a cash crunch. We were able to use cash infusion strategies to build money to avoid the cash crunch that we saw coming.
