At the beginning of 2015 I had one of the best months I had ever had up until that point in my career and I’ve been practicing solo for about 9 years. At that point in that I was happy but I honestly felt like that was just luck. That was just a combination of factors that really didnt have anything to do with me. Since then I’ve consistantly hit that mark. Before I came to the live quarterly meeting this time, I’m about to hit my best month again ever. But the biggest thing that’s happened in the last 90 days is that I am truly believing and understanding that it’s not luck. It has everything to do with the paradigm shift that I’ve made, the policies, the procedures, I’ve hired a new contract attorney, I’ve got a great staff, the phone never goes unanswered. It’s just amazing. I’ve changed my perspective. It’s not luck it’s actually implementing what I’m learning here.
