Most of my accomplishments in the last 90 days have been professional. We had a problem last year with inconsistent consultation. We’ve implemented a couple of things and my number of people who actually come in for their consults has gone up and the number of no shows has gone way down. We started the program in October of 2013 and just this month our polices and procedures manual went live in the office. It was hard but I did it. I also started and just about completed a public speaking course so I can expand areas and ways that I can bring income into the firm. I have outsourced work to another attorney who was leasing space from me so I dont have to go to court for everything. We’ve also implemented a new marketing campaign because I’m adding estate planning to the practice and we’re about to roll that out. One of the things that gave me personal joy but it’s also a professional thing is, I had two clients to come to me within the past two months had been represented in bankruptcy cases by some other attorneys who for whatever reason were not able to service those clients appropriately and they had really serious issues in those cases and I have resolved both those cases to the great satisfaction of my clients.
