I did two things in the past 90 days. I developed a way to deliver coaching legal services over webinars that results in an effective hourly rate of $800. In fact I sold one in my sleep over night because of the auto responder system I have set up. The second more important one is Scott and I with our managing partner had been noticing that while our revenues were fairly good, our expenses were almost as good, which is not a good thing. WE noticed as we were looking at numbers that we had an associate and an of counsel person that were putting in such time entrys as 0.00 and so we have weekly meetings now where I am the office administrator some people call me the office asshole and we are there to make sure that they are getting in their hours and consequently the last 60 days our revenues have increased by 20 percent each month simply because we tracked the numbers and we were on them. They hate me now but they’ll love me later when they dont have to work for some shmuck.
