Since January first I am the proud owner of the Parents Estate Planning Law Firm. We rebranded our firm completely as of January 1st. That was based on the recommendation at a B7+ meeting who said if you’re going to change from a Sole Proprietor to a Subchapter S you might as well rebrand the firm so that when you go to retire in 15 years you can sell it to somebody else a whole lot easier. Financially we’ve been in the program for just about two years, when I started in this program our gross revenue in our firm was $175,000, a year later it just $265,000 and we just closed 2014 at just a hair under $400,000. We know we’re going to make $661,000 in 2015 and the reason that we know that is because it is in a budget. If it’s in a budget it’s going to happen. Last thing just personally, my daughter whose a senior in highschool has been accepted to at least 5 colleges that she’s applied to, and Paula and I know now that we completely afford to send her to all 4 years of college. It doesn’t matter where she goes, we’re going to pay for it.
