This quarter I automated my billing practices and doubled my revenue. I’m using DocuSign to prefill the engagement and I have attached to the engagement agreement the credit card authorization. And the way DocuSign works is you can’t do something on the form without doing everything on the form. So what happens is people who don’t want to pay me don’t ever get in the door. As a result I have the ability to automate the billing. I have the power to bill the client rather than the client have the power and responsibilty to pay me so it’s on my terms and not on the client terms.
