A whole lot has gone on in the last 90 days. I doubled one of my fees for one my areas, did the sales call and boom they just said okay and hired me for it. Coming back from the last quarterly meeting as I was crammed in row 27 on a Frontier airline I started writing a policy and procedure about our travels and while we did not commit to flying first class every time, the policy and procedure is that we’re going to pay for the upgrade stuff. And we have traveled a couple of times and each time it’s like “wow it’s actually pleasant to fly.” The other big thing we’ve done, was two years ago I dreaded talking to people and about 6 months ago a joined a more specialized chamber of commerce and I set myself a goal of meeting every single person in here. Now I’m actually on the board of that. It’s a big accomplishment because two years ago I wouldn’t have been able to speak to anybody in a meeting and feel comfortable.
