The best part about learning about the policies and procedures as a part of this program with RJon was that I never had policies before and I didn’t know how to control my clients or my staff and I couldn’t hold either my clients or my staff accountable because I didn’t have policies to fall back on. Now that I have those policies, I’ve had the courage to grow my staff, I’ve added an associate. I’ve learned some ways to gauge how my clients are performing as clients and how my staff are performing as staff. Before I knew anything about those policies my life was absolute chaos. I didn’t have any way of holding anyone accountable. I do family law so we had emergencies all the time. Now my clients are educated from the beginning on what really constitutes an emergency and what does not. My staff knows how to schedule things and how to get in touch with me. It’s really made the quality of life in my firm much better.
