I just finished RJon’s two-day shark tank business plan course. I didn’t know really the first thing about how to write a business plan. I definitely do now. One thing that stood out for me was you can know what your average case settlement is and you can figure out how many of those cases you need to get to a certain point. If you want a million-dollar law firm, then you need two million dollars’ worth of revenues. But in between those stages, from where I am now to where I want to be, the plan may not necessarily be the same. I learned a lot. I think it’s really going to make a huge difference in my business and I recommend the program to anyone.
