I just finished the business plan workshop. It was a great experience. I also just finished the initial starting 13 week course and the great thing about the business plan workshop is it helped me focus all the things that I learned in the initial course. I had all these ideas in my head that I wanted to do but all at once, I was really struggling with what do I do next? The beauty of this and being a participant was I was able to get in my mind and get down on paper what I need to do next to grow my firm in the way that it can grow. Now I have a plan, now I know how to move forward, I know what steps I’m going to need to take, when I need to take them. I’m just excited about moving forward. It was a great experience and really life changing. I encourage everybody to do it.
