Through the mastermind, I really discovered some of the major problems we were having. When I got back to New York we started implementing policies and procedures like maddening. A lot of F clients started to disappear, we got rid of the staff we had inherited from my father’s practice that really fed that chaos. People in the office tell me that the office is calmer now, things are moving more smoothly. We’re starting to see an increase in the better clients, the better business. We’re starting to make more money on a regular basis. I have more time for myself. It’s still a huge work in progress but we’re really coming a long way. It’s only been a short period of time, truly only 90 to 120 days. The program works, it really does you just have to believe in it.
