Recently I joined the CFO program and I’m working with Brooke Lively. She’s my firm’s CFO. The reason why I joined was because I didn’t really know what my numbers were, I didn’t really like looking at my numbers. I knew what my expenses were, I knew what we had to make but it was hard for me to make investments and it was scary for me to make investments into things like new staff, new technology, spending money, investing money into my business was very difficult for me because I didn’t understand all of the metrics. Working with Brooke has fixed that. I can’t recommend the CFO services enough because there comes a point in time as you’re growing your business where your finger is not always on the pulse. You don’t instinctively know what all of the numbers are and frankly it gets really scary. Brooke has a way of lifting that fog and making it all make sense.
