I found out about how to manage a small law firm when RJon came to Atlanta and did a CLE. I couldn’t make it to the CLE but through various clicking I managed to get onto his website, liked what I saw and was interested so I scheduled a time to talk with someone about what this whole thing was about. I ended up joining because I really felt like I liked what RJon said and I liked his philosophy. I want to be very clear about this, if you’re thinking about joining the program so that you can pay someone some money and have a magical solution, this is not it. if you want to join the program and you’re willing to do the work and do what it takes, this is the real deal. It will get you results if you will do the work and I can tell you that from personal experience. The only thing I would let stop you from joining is if you’re saying _well I’m looking for a magic solution that doesn’t require any effort._ Then don’t join but if you’re willing to do the work don’t let money stop you, don’t let excuses stop you, just join, do the work and when you look back 18 months from then you’ll be a much happier lawyer that’s making a lot more money.
