Joined the program about 9 months ago and I started learning a lot about how to treat my law firm like a business instead of a practice. I started learning how to think about it differently and in addition to being educated on the different parts of a law firm I also started having personal growth as well. I started changing how I think about things, started thinking more long term and changed our, being my and my wife’s, personal life like the type of things we do to take care of ourselves to live a better life so that we can be better people and provide better service within our business.
