I joined because I was at a rock bottom place in my life and my practice. I was miserable. Working late nights, hating my life, going broke and feeling like a failure. Where I am now, that was in July of 2011, within a month my life had changed so much for the better. Not even so much materially but I was happy. I didn’t feel like a failure. It was in here and because of that. now that it’s a year and a half later. I was solo then with a paralegal. I now have a paralegal, an associate. I’m working less and I have a full time receptionist and legal assistant as well, so I have three full time employees. The practice has tripled since then. I’m excited about the future, I have a plan and I’m loving it.
