I joined the program because I was committed to growing a law firm and to do it right and understanding that running a law firm is more than practicing law that it’s about running a business and running a business effectively. Where I was before I had my firm for a year without any kind of business support or structure. Where I am now, is I have firm policies and procedures, I have intake process, I know how to teach my clients how to educate them about what I’m going to do. I almost didn’t join the program for financial reasons, but it is well worth the investment. I realize now that had I not joined the program my firm would not be where it is today and it continues to grow and I believe it’s because of my involvement in the program.
