The best thing that I have learned from this program is just the ability to set goals and have a vison of where you want to go. Cause before I was just flying by the seat of my pants and so now I at least have a purpose and an idea of how to do it. but I also never learned how to treat my law firm like a business. And so I was always chasing clients for fees and trying to collect fees and finishing their cases before they paid. In the past year since being in the program that problem has been virtually eliminated. Before I came to this meeting, I looked at how much money I made in a year before RJon and after and I can say in one year I made more than a hundred and fifty thousand dollars’ difference from year to year as a result. It’s been tremendous and it’s really a way of thinking it’s changing your way and your mindset and how you look at things and that’s really the biggest value you get from the program.
