Last week I would have said _Hi I’m Donna, I run a law firm that practices criminal defense._ In private I would have said _I have a broken law firm._ This afternoon after I’ve been a member for 25 hours, I’m the owner of a business that helps people understand that the mistakes they made does not define them as a person and I stand with them in court and share that with the people that are making decisions about their lives. I came to shark tank not having any idea what I was getting into but knowing that I had to do something. It made me completely re-evaluate what I wanted out of my practice, out of my business, and something that would be personally fulfilling to me and pay the bills and do other things to enhance my life. The panel helped a lot and I’m going back to North Carolina with a business plan that I’m going to try to put into place and I’m looking forward to the 12 week crash course to tell me what I’m doing along the way. So jump in, the water is deep but I live through it.
