I feel mentally tired but good, very good. I’ve gained an awful lot out of it. I know that I will approach things differently knowing that what I’m going through is not unusual. It was very helpful how RJon and Ale talked about their process what they’ve gone through and what they still go through and I don’t feel as alone, which is a lot more frightening when you’re alone, so I know I’ll have more courage in going forward and making some decisions that still frighten me or make me nervous but I know that’ll be able to push through those more easily now knowing that it’s okay to be nervous about those things. If you’re not nervous enough you’re not trying hard enough, or you’re not setting big enough goals. /This workshop is really pulling together a lot of the things I’ve heard them say over different LQMs, business planning workshops and various things like that and this is really pulling it together on a personal level. /I think that they’re really sharing of themselves, it’s the kind of things that you normally wouldn’t share except with your closest friends and by doing that it creates that bond and trust because they’re being vulnerable by telling us some stuff about their lives and what they have to go through and then it just makes us feel like we have a lot of the same things that we’re all going through. So their style really lends itself to people who are open to listening to what they have to say. It’s a very personal style even though there’s however many people in the room, you feel very connected so at least for me it allows me to internalize this a lot more. So I think their style is very effective, it’s very natural, it’s not rehearsed, they’re helping us do with our businesses what they’ve done with theirs.
