I feel relieved, it is comforting to know that other people have been through a very similar journey and they’ve successfully come through the stage we’re in and come out the other side better for it. So it’s very nice to not feel alone on that journey /Honestly hearing the details of what RJon and ale went through especially the first two to three years of the business was almost like holding a beer up to what we’re going through right now. /I would describe this experience as enlightening, again a lot of it comes back to not being alone. Especially as an attorney, you feel like you’re on an island, sometimes you have your staff, sometimes you have your family, but nobody really understands what you’re going through for whatever story you tell yourself and you come here and its people who are just like you, they’re on the same path the same journey, they might have a different practice area but the stuff they go through is exactly the same. So to hear and see everyone at different stages of that progression is pretty fantastic. /I really appreciate RJon and Ale opening up personally and sharing those otherwise kind of private moments with everybody that again gives us more insight that success is possible, especially because our personal details are very similar to what they went through.
