I came to this workshop, I’ve been with How to Manage just under two years and I’ll be honest with you I was seriously considering dropping out when my commitment period expired until I got here for the first time I have sat and I have been absolutely riveted by the program. Listening to Ale and RJon talk about the struggles that they went through and how they overcame it especially in terms of the environment and the mindset that enabled them to make their move to the business that they have now has helped me allow to see that first of all I haven’t been paying enough attention to that and second that one of the biggest roadblocks I’ve had is me. I haven’t developed the right mindset and this program has been an absolute revelation for me. I can’t think of anything that’s done me more good, and I think that if you are in this program you need to come to this workshop because you’ll get as much out of this workshop as any live quarterly meeting, any other workshop that you could take.
