I am just overwhelmed with the information that I’ve learned, the exercise does go really deep into my thought processes and how they limit my firm from growing. Ale and RJon’s approach has been very open and honest, their journey. And because of that I’m able to look at my journey and make those decisions that I need to within the evaluations of myself based on what they’ve been teaching. /So before yesterday I was averse to risk, if I perceived risk I ran the other way. After being here two days I just understand that I’ve got to take a risk head on and challenge it and face it and really overcome those fears that holding me back so I can grow. /This is worth the expense that I’ve had to put out to come here because I could not have gained this knowledge on my own buying tens, dozens of books, going to dozens of workshops trying to learn this on my own because they’ve condensed what they’ve learned and really applied it to my practice and what I do.
