I feel good, I brought my wife Christie from Portland who’s sitting over there chatting and I think it’s been good for us to hear the process of decision making as a couple because I am the lawyer in running the firm and she’s not in the firm so it’s helping her understand what I’m going through and trying to do so she can be my partner and work with me in the firm so to speak, at least emotionally in terms of helping me to be what I need to be for the firm. /I think RJon’s approach is good, I think its direct and it’s just about not beating around the bush and sharing what works and what doesn’t work and trying to help people save a little bit of heart burn to get some of the lessons a little bit easier but also sharing that you’re going to have to be willing to put yourself out there to get to where you want to go. /I think if you’re open to going to the next level you should be willing to put yourself out there. I think this is a good way to do it.
