What enticed me to come to this workshop is that I tend to have as you all would say _analysis paralysis_ and I’ve been sitting at the same level for about 6 years so I need to pull the trigger and make some decisions to move practice forward. /The way I make decisions right now are entropy, they don’t get made, things just go along. Sometimes I ask my wife who also works in the practice. I feel like I’m always gathering too much information before I allow myself to make that decision. /I’m hoping to convince myself what I already know logically, but convince emotional side that I don’t need and I never will obtain 100% of the information to make a decision. That sometimes 70-80% information is enough and move on.
