I heard about this workshop at my first LQM in January and I thought there’s that mindset that I need to understand to make those changes I need to make to grow my law firm. /Mostly I’m mulling them over way too long, deciding is it right? Am I making the right choice? Am I making a mistake? And I need to learn to be quicker and just accept the decision and the outcome that comes later. /At the end of this workshop I hope to accomplish how to make better decisions for the firm that helps it grow and to not punish myself when it doesn’t go the way I thought it should have
