I’m part of the Upgrade program for How to Manage a Small Law Firm and I just went through the 6-week program. I just wanted to let anybody know who’s seeing this that I got a lot out of that 6-week program. Although it was intense and we went through a lot of material in a shorter amount of time, it was a good refresher, got me back on track, helped me get my metrics in place, helped me get my business plan back on track and it really propelled me into the next 90 days and because of the 6-week program I can actually say the month after I finished that I had my largest month in billing and collection ever.
